About the role
- Drive Fortbras's growth and its brands through the orchestration of all CRM intelligence and operations, marketing automations, customer data, and marketing platforms.
- Design, integrate, and operate the Martech ecosystem to increase engagement, visit frequency, repeat purchases, and LTV growth for mechanics, fleet managers, and end consumers.
- Ensure that technology, customer journeys, data, and personalization operate in an integrated way across e-commerce, physical stores, sales teams, categories, and national and regional campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
