About the role
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients are satisfied with our services.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for service improvements.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of our services and products. Ensure that clients are fully aware of the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).
- At least 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
