• Execute full-cycle clinical recruiting for licensed mental health professionals and support other clinical and non-clinical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Develop and maintain specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-find roles using healthcare-specific job boards, professional networks, and licensing databases
• Utilize unique sourcing strategies to ensure we are identifying talent in non-obvious avenues
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific requirements, caseload expectations, and ideal candidate profiles for each role
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments including license verification, clinical experience evaluation, and values & mission alignment interviews
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics specific to clinical roles including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and retention rates
• Stay current on licensing requirements, scope of practice regulations, and credentialing processes across multiple states
• Collaborate with the talent team to continuously improve clinical recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Enhance recruitment brand management and visibility through strategic content creation, social media engagement, and employee referral program promotion and partnering with our Growth team on branding efforts
• Support special recruiting projects and initiatives as our team and company continue to scale and expand into new markets
