• Design, build, audit, and optimize Klaviyo lifecycle automations that drive appointment bookings, membership retention, and eCommerce revenue.
• Build lifecycle flows currently missing from the Formula Fig ecosystem.
• Create automated retention, re-engagement, win-back, onboarding, and cross-sell programs.
• Build and optimize appointment-focused lifecycle flows including welcome journeys, lead nurturing, booking conversion, and reactivation campaigns.
• Conduct a full audit of existing live flows to ensure proper functionality, segmentation accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Create and maintain customer segments supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Establish reporting frameworks across appointments, memberships, and eCommerce.
• Monitor flow performance, conversion rates, deliverability, and revenue attribution.
• Coordinate copy, creative, and content requirements required to launch automations.
