Partner with Finance leadership to design, implement, and scale a financial analytics framework
Build advanced data models to evaluate financial and operational performance
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
Identify opportunities to embed predictive and diagnostic analytics into financial decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
Standardize financial reporting metrics, hierarchies and master data definitions
Leverage visualization tools to create intuitive, data-driven storytelling
Work closely with business unit finance teams, Global Sales, and Corporate FP&A
Partner with IT and data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure
Support the adoption of data-driven decision-making across Finance

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree;
or 6 years and a Master’s degree;
or a PhD with 3 years experience;
or equivalent experience
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Qlik (or similar), Python, SQL and similar.
