Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, technology, product, finance, and go-to-market teams.
Design and implement scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and execution rhythms.
Assess organizational readiness and drive structured change management plans to support adoption.
Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps; implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate leadership workshops, alignment sessions, and decision-making forums.
Support system implementations, process redesigns, and modernization initiatives.
Develop KPI frameworks and executive-level reporting to track transformation progress.
Align stakeholders across functions to ensure accountability and momentum.
Operate as a trusted advisor and problem solver during periods of growth, integration, or organizational change.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in transformation, business operations, program management, or strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional enterprise programs.
Strong understanding of change management principles and organizational adoption.
Experience building or optimizing PMOs, governance frameworks, or operating models.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting system implementations or modernization efforts (CRM, ERP, SaaS, etc.).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
