Lead oversight of end-to-end trade workflows within Aladdin, ensuring operational accuracy, risk mitigation, and timely issue resolution.
Provide subject matter expertise across Aladdin Front Office tools including OMS, pre-trade compliance, live blotters, exposure dashboards, and IBOR views.
Establish controls and monitoring processes to validate cash, positions, allocations, and trade lifecycle dependencies.
Proactively identify operational risks and implement preventive measures to reduce trade breaks and downstream exceptions.
Partner with Trading, Post-Trade Operations, Technology, and external counterparties to resolve complex trade and settlement issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflow efficiency, reporting, and operational governance.
Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in trade lifecycle management and Aladdin utilization.
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks leveraging Excel and SQL for intraday validation, reconciliation oversight, and portfolio support.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin Front Office functionality, including trade blotters, IBOR dashboards, matching tools, and cash ladders.
Demonstrated experience leading operational oversight or managing front-office support functions.
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, investment operations, and operational risk controls.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced trading environments while maintaining governance and control standards.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
