Technical Writer

• You will play a key part of the talented Documentation team, making a tangible impact on Form3’s growth and scalability.
• Deliver and maintain API documentation for a range of payment services, ensuring accuracy, clarity and ease of understanding.
• Develop user-friendly technical documentation tailored to meet the needs of Form3’s internal and external stakeholders, including Product User Manuals, Technical Specifications and Technical Tutorials.
• Lead new efficient knowledge management projects using AI tools ensuring technical documentation evolves alongside Form3’s Products and Services.
• Maintain a centralised and organised repository, ensuring consistency and clarity across all technical documentation. Stay informed about latest industry trends, regularly updating content and ensuring technical documentation evolves alongside Form3’s Products and Services.
• Manage and maintain Postman collections and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, ensuring all endpoint definitions, request/response schemas remain synchronised with live docs.
• Gather feedback to continuously refine and improve documentation, ensuring alignment with real-user technical requirements. Work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams, providing support for internal technical documentation needs and advocating for documentation best practices across the business.
