Sales

• Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead Form3’s commercial expansion across North America.
• You will be responsible for introducing Form3’s platform to leading Financial Institutions, Banks and FinTechs across the US.
• Motivate, coach and scale a high-performing SaaS sales team to drive customer acquisition and ARR growth across the US.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with Banks, Financial Institutions and FinTechs.
• Lead Executive-level sales conversations with C-suite decision-makers.
• Design and implement scalable SaaS sales processes, forecasting methodologies, sales disciplines (e.g. MEDDIC) and performance metrics.
• Partner with Marketing, Partnerships and Business Development to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Cultivate large, strategic partnerships that support long-term commercial success.

• You’ll design, implement, and maintain defensive security controls that protect our high-availability, multi-cloud payment systems built on modern technologies.
• Your deep understanding of current threats, exploitation methods, and risk trade-offs will enable you to guide engineering teams on effective security features and ensure the right defensive measures are prioritised.

Senior Cloud Security Engineer

• Design, develop, and optimise high-performance Go microservices that power authentication, authorisation, and RBAC.
• Build and operate the services that enable teams to authenticate with payment schemes and sign messages securely.
• Develop systems that let teams manage and access secrets securely, with minimal friction.
• Continuously refine services for cost-efficiency and performance, maintaining strict availability and latency SLOs.
• Ensure high availability in a Kubernetes multi-cloud environment running across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Senior Software Engineer – Go, Security & Secrets

Revenue Operations

• Build and analyse dashboards and reports to create actionable, data-driven insights for the wider commercial function.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of revenue processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
• Collaborate closely with the wider Global Commercial Operations team, focusing on execution and the practical implementation of commercial processes within our systems.
• Support other core operational functions, such as Deal Desk, Business Development and Global Strategic Partnerships.
• Configure and maintain elements of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and alignment with evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver key technological capabilities for Form3 and our clients.
• Hold responsibility for creating delivery plans, defining scope, monitoring, reporting, and driving execution against programme plans.
• Manage programme delivery according to prioritisation to ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee the timely delivery of programmes, helping to monitor capacity across project streams.
• Establish governance frameworks and provide alignment, enabling our teams to consistently deliver value to customers.
