• Build and analyse dashboards and reports to create actionable, data-driven insights for the wider commercial function.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of revenue processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
• Collaborate closely with the wider Global Commercial Operations team, focusing on execution and the practical implementation of commercial processes within our systems.
• Support other core operational functions, such as Deal Desk, Business Development and Global Strategic Partnerships.
• Configure and maintain elements of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and alignment with evolving business needs.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver key technological capabilities for Form3 and our clients.
• Hold responsibility for creating delivery plans, defining scope, monitoring, reporting, and driving execution against programme plans.
• Manage programme delivery according to prioritisation to ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee the timely delivery of programmes, helping to monitor capacity across project streams.
• Establish governance frameworks and provide alignment, enabling our teams to consistently deliver value to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and emergent issues, ensuring that escalation processes are appropriate and timely.

• Collaborate with the UI lead and cross-functional teams
• Share knowledge and support back-end development within the team
• Deliver high-quality, tested, and reliable code
• Hands-on development in Vue.js for frontend and Go for backend
• Influence technical strategy and drive projects from concept to production
• Contribute ideas and best practices within the UI team

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
