About the role
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensure day-to-day needs are met.
- Work alongside Client Success and SAE roles to manage and resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams (e.g., customer service, technical support, clinical staff).
- Support the preparation of presentations, business reviews, and product training to clients, effectively communicating value propositions and technical information.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare industry serving employers.
- A Bachelor's degree
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle deadline pressures to deliver on-time and delight clients.
