Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Minimum of 3+ years specifically dedicated to Mechanical or Hardware Engineering
- A deep understanding of the lifecycle of physical products
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Strong track record of recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Physical Science roles
- Operate within a lean, high-leverage team
- Power-user of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby)
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to articulate Form Energy’s mission
