About the role
- Own the battery raw materials and resins category at Form
- Monitor current category market conditions, evaluating capacities and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality
- Negotiate and deliver favorable commercial terms that optimize costs, lead times, and risk
- Ensure working with best-in-class suppliers and mitigating risks by managing the end-to-end sourcing process
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar discipline
- 5+ years of relevant category experience in battery raw materials, carbons, or resins
- 5+ years of sourcing experience including supplier management
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to generate bottom-up “should-cost” models
- Solid understanding of commercial terms, contract structures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in the US and travel globally as necessary, up to 30%
