About the role
- Develop UI features end-to-end, from frontend views to backend APIs
- Drive features through all stages of development, from gathering requirements to supporting feature rollout and collecting user feedback
- May flex beyond application development to build out core infrastructure and control services in the embedded stack
- Build and leverage strong working relationships with your product manager, designer, end users, adjacent teams, and direct teammates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of professional software engineering industry experience
- Experience with React or other SPA-based web development
- Excitement for learning Python, Go, gRPC, Protobuf, or industrial communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, CAN, etc.)
- Highly collaborative work style, marked by deep user empathy and curiosity
- Ownership mindset with a strong sense of initiative
- Excitement for learning about energy storage, renewables, and industrial power systems
