About the role
- Serve as the primary NetSuite System Analyst.
- Partner closely with leadership and end users to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Analyze current state processes and recommend system-enabled improvements aligned with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Lead functional design for NetSuite enhancements, configurations, and process changes in alignment with overall ERP architecture standards.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure solutions align with enterprise-wide integration, data, and security strategies.
- Define functional specifications for configurations, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Lead testing activities, including unit testing, UAT coordination, and validation support.
- Support change management efforts by documenting process changes, system impacts, and training needs.
- Provide Tier 2/3 functional support for NetSuite issues, partnering with the Managed Service partner for execution.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data within NetSuite.
- Design and maintain reports, KPIs, dashboards, and saved searches to support decision-making.
- Support internal and external audits by providing system documentation, controls evidence, and reporting.
- Operate in compliance with SOX, GxP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of NetSuite administration experience, including customization, scripting, and workflow development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or functional ERP role.
- Expertise in various NetSuite modules, such as, WMS, MRP, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Financials, and Reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, billing, revenue recognition, close, audit, and reporting.
- Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting creating dashboards, creating custom forms, and creating workflows.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP/CRM domain.
- The ability to support data import process and migration.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting a NetSuite implementation is preferred.
- Ability to travel onsite to Forge's headquarters in Columbus, Ohio (10-15%).
