About the role
- Leads the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of all digital banking channels.
- Owns the digital product lifecycle while overseeing implementation and client onboarding/training.
- Ensures strong vendor performance, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalate point for all Treasury Management services.
- Supervise daily treasury operations to ensure accurate fulfillment of implementation and support requests.
- Monitor digital platform performance; conduct ongoing testing and promptly escalate issues.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 10 years working in banking including 3-5 years’ experience with digital banking and 2-3 years’ experience with payment processing.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking, payments, and relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of Regulation E and NACHA guidelines.
- Understanding of bank operations, compliance, and security.
- Self-user and promoter of electronic banking products.
