About the role
- Lead deployment of software solutions for Supply Chain Management Analytics.
- Apply AI/ML technologies, such as Python, TensorFlow, Pandas, Numpy, and Keras, to improve supplier collaboration outcomes and process automation.
- Manage and refine SCM Analytics delivery systems and release processes across multiple environments.
- Establish and sustain long-term processes and procedures for Agile - Product Development, System of Delivery (SoD), and product management.
- Collaborate with Integration, Product, Business, and Technology teams to design and launch analytics dashboards using various tools.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog on an ongoing basis to facilitate continuous dashboard updates.
- Utilize BigQuery on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for long-term management of internal data systems, employing SQL for analytical insights.
- Utilize JQL within Jira for ongoing advanced querying and reporting, enhancing project tracking and management effectiveness.
- Work with the Capacity and Quality Control, Material Fulfilment and Value Stream Mapping teams in implementing reporting to monitor Supplier Capacity measures, enhancing product and process quality.
- Work with the Sustainability, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and Case Management teams to ensure compliance and timely case resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Technology Management, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
- 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- 1. Using end to end product lifecycles, specializing in software development, analytics and reporting for enterprise, mobile, web-based, and cloud products.
- 2. Using Rally or Jira for effective backlog and requirements management.
- 3. Using product, process, and systems mapping tools (Visio, Miro, or Figma) to enable effective collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
- 4. Managing software development for web-based mobile products including iOS or Android using cloud-based platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
- 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- 5. Implementing supply chain applications to support key functions including supply-demand planning, inventory management, or logistics.
- 6. Developing analytics dashboards using Qlik Sense, Power Bi, or Amplitude to support strategic decision-making.
