About the role
- Develop and Deliver Machining Digital Twin Simulations**
- Develop Digital Process Models using the Easy Plan BOP, 3D Layouts and Process Simulate Tools**
- Develop Kinematic Machine Models and validate equipment **
- Create Process Plan for Robotic Stations**
- Validate Facility and Tooling reachability studies**
- Should be able to perform 3D Modeling and CAD Simplification and Kinematics**
- Detect equipment collisions and report out and provide engineering solutions**
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Automobile, Production, master's degree is a plus.**
- Proven experience 5+ years in Digital Process Simulations**
- Expertise in NX CAD Modeling and Drafting**
- Expertise in Process Simulate**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
