Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
One or more years of experience in roles demonstrating a blend of data analysis, business intelligence (Power BI | data analytics platforms), and project management skills.
Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and create impactful visualizations using Power BI.
Hands-on experience using a self-service, low-code/no-code data analytics platform for data manipulation and advanced analytics.
Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and levels.
Experience facilitating meetings and documenting key outcomes and action items.
Ability to create clear and concise presentations for various audiences.
Experience with formal project management methodologies.
Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
Experience working with external suppliers or partners.
Advanced skills in data modeling and SQL.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience with other data visualization or ETL tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Capability to operate independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
