About the role
- Provide daily administrative support to the CEO Comms and Corporate Communications team
- Manage CEO requests, correspondence, and scheduling that aligns with and delivers the CEO’s Communications strategy
- Develop and execute a framework and roadmap to evaluate all strategic global requests for the CEO
- Assist multiple executives with preparing for meetings, including obtaining materials in advance, distributing materials, and keeping executive on schedule
- Optimize travel arrangements based on executives’ travel needs and preferences
- Coordinate and manage meetings and events, overseeing all calendaring, communication, technology, logistics and related follow-up activities
- Prepare, update, and organize information for inclusion in team strategy rooms, reports, presentations, and budgets
- Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the executive
- Facilitate coordination with key support functions to implement governance and distribute information.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 7+ years of related experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational effectiveness, journalism or equivalent education, training or experience is preferred.
- Excellent oral, written, digital communication and coordination skills.
- Broad knowledge of recent industry best and emerging practices, including digital and social platforms to engage key stakeholders including employees.
- Proven success developing, implementing, and coordinating communication strategies for C-Suite executives.
- Strategic thinker, high standards of excellence, collaborative, highly organized, creative, and willing to take risks.
