About the role
- Lead the strategy, development and delivery of key AI products.
- Develop scalable AI solutions for the Sales and Services group.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product specifications and requirements.
- Ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and integrate with customer business applications.
- Drive integration of AI/ML capabilities into applications.
- Define measures of success and product KPIs for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 5+ years with progressive responsibilities in an agile software development and delivery environment.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with responsibilities including defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and building and managing backlogs and similar.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field (even better)
- Leadership experience
- Experience collaborating directly with Agile software methodologies (Scrum, eXtreme Programming, Kanban)
- Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features.
- Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making.
- Previous success delivering a product to market with an Agile development team, and ongoing development and support of production applications.
- Curiousity about new technologies and a demonstrated history of continuous learning mindset.
- Practice in Lean/Lean Startup thinking, human-centered product development and Agile Software development
- Have exposure to lightweight product development methods such as user story mapping and/ or rapid prototyping.
