About the role

  • As a member of the Ford Motor Credit Company Product Organization, this US-based role reports to the Workflow Group Product Manager.
  • You will play a vital part in our product ecosystem, fostering strong partnerships with engineering and business leaders to align technical capabilities with strategic business objectives.
  • The Workflow Product Manager oversees the development and refinement of the Workflow II application to improve operational efficiency for both employees and vendors.
  • The role will collaborate with key Workflow II stakeholders across Ford Credit’s numerous departments, including Business Operations, CoEs, Engineering and others to ensure technology to employees and vendors is developed, maintained, and delivered timely to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education.
  • Business Operations experience across a variety of departments.
  • Strong cross functional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly.
  • Ability to break down complex tasks or requirements into simpler, more manageable tasks identifying clear pros, cons, issues, obstacles, and dependencies.
  • Ability to deliver high-impact outcomes, make trade-offs and understand the importance of different work-streams, and thus effectively prioritize to deliver maximum business impact.
  • Experience with the Workflow suite of applications.
  • Business Operations Experience in Account Servicing / Vehicle Liquidations and Collections.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe methods and Scrum.
