About the role

Build an in-depth understanding of the problem domain and available data sources
Identify opportunities to build analytical solutions driving business value, leveraging various data sources
Extract and analyse data from databases/data warehouses to gain insights, discover trends and patterns
Communicate results to business teams through presentations
Design and implement scalable analytical solutions (dashboards, statistical models, AI/ML models) in cloud environment
Train, test and operationalize models for business use cases; integrate models with upstream and downstream business processes
Work with business partners through problem formulation, data management, solutions development, operationalization and solutions management

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related engineering discipline (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in solving business problems using data science/AI/ML
Strong proficiency in Python programming and SQL
Experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Demonstrated expertise in statistics and machine learning
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms
Experience with visualization tools and machine learning frameworks
Nice to have: API Development; Familiarity with Agile development cycle; Exposure to Gen AI/LLM
