About the role

  • As Software & Systems Integration Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Software- and Systems-related activities and deliverables across multiple organizations (Hardware, Electrical, Sunrise, Certification, etc.).
  • You will also be responsible for managing the Software Team’s dependencies on partner teams and coordinating end-to-end systems integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of program management experience, preferably in automotive or related/comparable industries
  • Experience in establishing a software maturity plan and working with cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan is required
  • Experience coordinating hardware & software delivery from Tier 1 suppliers is desired, but not required
  • Systems Engineering experience in requirements decomposition, test planning either as Systems Engineer, TPM, or Engineering Lead
  • Product launch experience with a vehicle OEM in systems, software, or testing is a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban) is highly desired
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
