Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing, with a deep specialization in social media platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Search-First Mindset: Demonstrated understanding of how social media impacts the broader search ecosystem and experience optimizing social content for organic discoverability (Social SEO).
  • Analytical Rigor: Expert-level capability in transforming social platform metrics and KPIs into strategic recommendations.
  • Technical Toolset: Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, social listening/monitoring tools, and Google Trends.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Fluency: Proven experience managing creative/media agencies and navigating complex corporate stakeholder environments.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely convey data insights.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple social-led nameplate activities and partnership deliverables simultaneously.
