About the role

  • The Director, Talent and Organization Development is accountable for budgets, performance, and results of the Talent and Organization Development teams across locations.
  • The role will provide guidance and advice regarding various Talent and Organization Development matters that arise during business while ensuring compliance with relevant company HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • The role closely partners with senior HR leadership to address complex Talent and Organization Development issues and collaborates with various departments.
  • The role also designs effective communication strategies and oversees their implementation.
  • The role has expertise in stakeholder and risk management, designing Talent and Organization Development policies and standards in line with business priorities, and ensuring compliance further contributes to fostering a compliant and ethical work environment.
  • The role has full management authority for staffing, performance, disciplinary action, pay decisions, team development, and other personnel actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
