About the role
- Drive the Operational Design Domain expansion of BlueCruise
- Serve as a cross-functional partner, bridging engineering, business, and marketing to drive informed product decisions
- Translate customer needs into clearly defined technical requirements, leveraging data and comprehensive industry knowledge to drive product refinement
- Support product benchmarking by analyzing the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to differentiate Ford’s ADAS offering through product superiority
- Implement innovative strategies to accelerate development, reduce risk, and enhance the overall product experience, collaborating across the company to ensure full realization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Math, and etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills: the ideal candidate will be able to reason data into implications
- 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization, including strong documentation skills
- A deep passion for your customers, their needs, and for building/shipping products to meet these needs
- Demonstrated effectiveness in complex organizations.
