About the role
- Develop test plans, manage test parts and test schedules
- Review and analyze CAE data, test data and parts
- Lead cross functional team through NVH development (CAE, D&R, Suppliers, Development Engineers)
- Manage Sign-off testing and reporting
- Monitor warranty and TGW data for emerging NVH issues
- Evaluate brake NVH performance on corner dynos, chassis dynos and vehicles
- Work with Core NVH activity to schedule dynos and maximize dyno up time
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ Years of experience with foundation brake component D&R and/or NVH CAE
- Demonstrated problems solving capability
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CAD experience is required
- Experience with Brake NVH dyno and vehicle testing preferred
