💰 $96,459 - $173,480 per year

About the role

  • Collaborate with user research activities tailored to commercial users
  • Analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the Ford Pro fleet management administration ecosystem
  • Create and communicate business and user value for design in both structural and interface terms
  • Lead ideation sessions to brainstorm potential solutions and create wireframes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Software Engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Fine Arts or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • 1 year of experience with Figma UI layouts and prototypes for delivery to engineering
  • 3 years of experience with user flow creation based on product requirements and user data
  • 3 years of experience applying business requirements in UX design
  • 1 year of experience with Agile practices and SCRUM processes.
  • 1 year of experience using Miro for strategy, tactics, flows, planning, discovery, and organization.
