About the role
- Collaborate with user research activities tailored to commercial users
- Analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the Ford Pro fleet management administration ecosystem
- Create and communicate business and user value for design in both structural and interface terms
- Lead ideation sessions to brainstorm potential solutions and create wireframes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Software Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Fine Arts or a related field
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- 1 year of experience with Figma UI layouts and prototypes for delivery to engineering
- 3 years of experience with user flow creation based on product requirements and user data
- 3 years of experience applying business requirements in UX design
- 1 year of experience with Agile practices and SCRUM processes.
- 1 year of experience using Miro for strategy, tactics, flows, planning, discovery, and organization.
