About the role
- Aid the Director of Retail Marketing Communications and be the principal liaison between the Global Dealer Engagement and Ford Philanthropy teams
- Assist the Retail Communications Manager in liaising with the C&I team to align messaging during national sales events
- Translate "Ford Building Together" brand moments into actionable marketing campaigns
- Manage cross-functional communications with agency partners
- Ensure retail sales events are supported by clear, accurate incentive messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project management.
- Familiarity with the agency/client relationship model is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to "translate" technical incentive data into consumer-friendly language.
- Extreme attention to detail is required for managing incentive accuracy and campaign brief requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data organization).
- Must possess the ability to distill complex, technical information (like incentive programs) into simple, persuasive consumer messaging.
- Ability to build relationships across different tiers of the organization and with external partners.
- A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift based on market needs.
