About the role
- As a Senior Engineer, you will be driving the strategic adoption and technical execution of Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol.
- You will architect, develop, and deploy sophisticated autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, execute multi-step tasks, and adapt to dynamic environments with minimal human intervention.
- This involves building robust, scalable, and secure agentic systems that move beyond traditional automation to truly intelligent, goal-driven behaviors.
- You will lead efforts to integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise APIs, databases, and internal services, enabling them to perform actions, retrieve information, and maintain context effectively.
- This position requires a blend of hands-on technical leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to best practices in AI engineering, including governance, security, and ethical considerations.
- You will mentor junior engineers, drive technical discussions, and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and other engineering teams to translate business challenges into robust, production-ready AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering degree or a related field of study
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, Agentic AI, Gen AI, ML, or a data-focused role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning solutions using languages like Python, PySpark, or Scala.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience engineering data from diverse, high-volume sources.

- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated success applying Agentic AI to solve real-world industrial problems with large-scale data.
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices within an agile development environment.
- Excellent programming skills, particularly interface development to generate data visualizations and to extract insights from large complex data sets.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with proven abilities to communicate complex topics to leaders and peers in a simple, clear, plan-oriented manner
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in an environment where problems are not always well-defined.
