About the role
- Manage the parts cycle plan
- Evaluate Market Suppliers with Purchasing to identify the optimal solution and business model
- Meet sales objectives and drive market penetration
- Project Manage the Product Launch RACI for all new product launches
- Establish pricing inputs based on market evaluation
- Conduct post-launch on-going analysis
- Manage all support functions requirements with delivery i.e. PS&L, SEO, Manufacturing, Finance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 -10+ years with OEM or aftersales parts supplier who understands the complexities of product development, manufacturing, global supply chains and dealer and distributor networks.
- Prefer a minimum bachelors degree in business administration with a deep understanding of product development. Supply chain and or marketing will be bonus.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects and deliver superior results on a timely basis
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to deliver major projects and develop team Ford OS behaviors
- Strong written & verbal skills to prepare, present, & communicate project status and results regularly
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
