About the role

  • Manage the parts cycle plan
  • Evaluate Market Suppliers with Purchasing to identify the optimal solution and business model
  • Meet sales objectives and drive market penetration
  • Project Manage the Product Launch RACI for all new product launches
  • Establish pricing inputs based on market evaluation
  • Conduct post-launch on-going analysis
  • Manage all support functions requirements with delivery i.e. PS&L, SEO, Manufacturing, Finance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 -10+ years with OEM or aftersales parts supplier who understands the complexities of product development, manufacturing, global supply chains and dealer and distributor networks.
  • Prefer a minimum bachelors degree in business administration with a deep understanding of product development. Supply chain and or marketing will be bonus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects and deliver superior results on a timely basis
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to deliver major projects and develop team Ford OS behaviors
  • Strong written & verbal skills to prepare, present, & communicate project status and results regularly
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
