Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years of experience in developer productivity engineering, DevOps, or related software infrastructure roles.
Strong scripting experience in Python and Bash with expertise in automation and infrastructure management.
Experience managing GitHub or GitLab replicas with deep understanding of Git internals and version control strategies.
Proficiency with containerization technologies including Docker, Podman, and Buildah for development and deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
