About the role
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for a suite of fleet management tools and insights modules, ensuring a unified and scalable user experience.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to identify friction points in fleet workflows and translate those needs into high-impact product features.
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, maintaining a prioritized backlog and authoring detailed PRDs.
- Partner with Design to 'bring data to life,' creating insights modules that allow managers to quickly interpret KPIs and take immediate action.
- Collaborate with Engineering to build a modular UI framework that provides a consistent experience across different fleet management functions.
- Work closely with Operations, Account Management, and Marketing to ensure product releases align with business goals and customer expectations.
- Lead product launches by facilitating training and communications for internal teams to ensure seamless customer adoption.
- Ensure the fleet toolset integrates effectively within the broader digital ecosystem and supports multiple user personas.
- Utilize usage analytics, NPS, and customer feedback to measure the success of specific modules and identify areas for iterative improvement.
- Partner with Analytics teams to ensure proper site instrumentation, providing visibility into how fleet managers interact with specific tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Design, or related field
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, or SaaS.
- UX Focus: Proven track record of developing customer-facing interfaces and managing complex user personas.
- Data Literacy: Demonstrated ability to translate large datasets into simplified, actionable dashboard experiences.
- Matrix Navigation: Ability to lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment, managing multiple stakeholders and technical dependencies.
- Familiarity with modern product tools: JIRA, Figma, Google Cloud, and GitHub.
- Strong understanding of API-driven architectures and modular design systems.
