About the role

  • Responsible for analyzing and managing warranty data for short- and long-term vehicles in service.
  • Collaborates closely with Product Development to identify, investigate, and resolve systemic and spike issues impacting 0-, 1-, and 3-month MIS metrics.
  • Utilizes data-driven insights to monitor warranty performance, support root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and reduce warranty exposure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in interior focused supplier quality in an automotive domain.
  • 2+ years of experience with preventative Quality Tools.
  • Master’s degree in engineering, data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, systemic issues, and anomalies in large data sets.
  • Working knowledge of MIS metrics and warranty performance indicators.
  • Familiar with JIRA, IRIS, Quality AI.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and support corrective action development.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Development, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
