About the role

  • Financial Consolidation: Consolidate Global Model e financials for corporate reporting (monthly actuals/forecasts, quarterly earnings, and annual budgets), identifying and communicating key business insights
  • Systems & Data Management: Serve as a lead for financial reporting systems; input, reconcile, and analyze data including Profit Matrix and Vehicle Line Income Statements to ensure financials align with key physicals
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Build strong relationships across the organization to reconcile management schedules, explain variances, and identify Risks and Opportunities (R&Os)
  • Executive Support: Prepare and present comprehensive backup materials and financial deep-dives for Model e Leadership
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support high-priority projects including Quarterly Earnings prep, Investor Relations inquiries, Capital Markets Day, and Global Leadership reviews
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively simplify processes, eliminate waste, and implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Experience in operational analysis, profit analysis, and financial forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and sound business acumen
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in "white space" (ambiguous) environments and maintains a continuous improvement mentality
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable takeaways for senior leadership (even better)
  • Inquisitive nature with the ability to validate data logic and challenge assumptions through analysis, including practicing professional skepticism (even better)
