Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in business architecture, transformation, or consulting roles within organizations designing and manufacturing complex hardware products; automotive industry experience preferred
Proven track record of driving system improvements related to PLM, ERP, and MES systems (experience with 3DX/Catia preferred)
Strong sense of ownership, analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Expertise in requirements elicitation, translation, and traceability throughout project lifecycles
Experience managing cross-functional teams and balancing diverse stakeholder priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build consensus across departments
Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices
Familiarity with tools like 3DX and domains such as BOM management, virtual/physical validation, product lifecycle management, and supply chain is a plus
