About the role
- Work hands-on with Product team members and stakeholders to resolve questions, clarify business requirements, and deliver products.
- Monitor and take corrective actions to resolve system and application performance issues by working closely with the IT team.
- Write business requirements, complete testing and launches for Accounting and Tax functionality.
- Manage and maintain a strong working relationship with the vendor teams, downstream application teams, CATS team, COE and Marketing teams.
- Own JIRA user stories, write/follow/update test scripts, and support IT to ensure work is complete.
- Maintain a strong relationship with our Receivable vendor.
- Assist with testing and support during after-hours, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Applications or a related field
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- 2 years of experience with writing detailed test scripts based on detailed business requirements
- 2 years of experience with testing application changes for accuracy
- 2 years of experience using Jira or Rally to track project documentation
- 2 years of experience providing written detailed business requirements to vendor
- 2 years of experience effectively communicating regulatory and legal requirements
- 2 years of experience working in SAFE agile.
