About the role
- Partner with core business functions, including Dealer Services, Ford Pro FinSimple Commercial Operations, Collections, Recovery, Bankruptcy (BK), Dealer Credit, ASVL, Customer Services, CATS, and Sales to understand workload drivers, service expectations, and operational priorities
- Support global workforce planning and analytics across Ford Credit Europe, Romania, India (FCGBC), Mexico, Canada, and Panama, accounting for regional demand patterns, time zones, and operational models
- Develop and maintain workforce forecasts and capacity plans based on demand volumes, historical trends, seasonality, and business initiatives across supported regions and functions
- Translate demand forecasts into staffing requirements, including headcount, position management, schedule coverage, and capacity allocation across global teams
- Utilize Desktop Process Analytics (DPA) and related tools to analyze employee activity, productivity, idle time, non-productive time, and system usage across regions and delivery centers
- Identify productivity trends, operational bottlenecks, and capacity optimization opportunities while ensuring responsible, compliant, and ethical use of monitoring data
- Monitor real-time and near-term staffing and productivity performance; proactively identify risks and recommend corrective actions to protect service levels and financial targets
- Maintain accurate headcount, position, and labor budget tracking aligned with approved plans across multiple geographies
- Build and maintain workforce, productivity, and financial models to support operational planning, scenario analysis, and executive decision-making
- Produce standardized and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and executive summaries providing global visibility into capacity, utilization, productivity, and cost drivers
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Technology partners to align workforce strategy with business goals and regional requirements
- Support internal controls, audit readiness, and documentation related to workforce and productivity analytics across global operations
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, data integration, and enhancement of analytical tools and dashboards
- Clearly communicate assumptions, insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across regions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an analytical, operations, business intelligence, or data-focused role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and comfort working with large datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical models
- Experience in supporting or working closely with core business operations such as Dealer Services, Credit, Collections, Recovery, Customer Services, Sales, or related operational functions
- Working knowledge of workforce, productivity, or operational performance metrics, with the ability to learn and apply workforce management concepts
- Experience analyzing productivity, utilization, or process data, including exposure to Desktop Process Analytics (DPA) or similar activity monitoring and digital analytics tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis or reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, working closely with internal departments, vendors, IT, L&D, and fellow team members to ensure all changes and updates are consistently shared
- Proven ability to handle sensitive workforce, productivity, and financial data with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
