About the role

  • Lead the development of customer-backed strategies for our comprehensive portfolio of vehicles, software, and services.
  • Own the end-to-end insight loop.
  • Synthesize internal and external insights to define winning propositions and strategic segment choices.
  • Ensure Ford Pro’s ecosystem remains at the forefront of the commercial customer’s evolving needs.
  • Report directly to the Product & Strategy Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in Product Strategy or Planning.
  • Automotive industry experience is essential.
  • Expertise in transforming customer "voice" and market data into product strategy.
