About the role
- Lead the development of customer-backed strategies for our comprehensive portfolio of vehicles, software, and services.
- Own the end-to-end insight loop.
- Synthesize internal and external insights to define winning propositions and strategic segment choices.
- Ensure Ford Pro’s ecosystem remains at the forefront of the commercial customer’s evolving needs.
- Report directly to the Product & Strategy Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Strategy or Planning.
- Automotive industry experience is essential.
- Expertise in transforming customer "voice" and market data into product strategy.
- **Highly Desirable **
- MBA or relevant master’s degree.
- Deep domain knowledge of the commercial vehicle market and its unique customer segments.
