About the role

  • Lead the development of future Ranger Super Duty programs to define new products and continue expanding into new markets.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders—markets, finance, and engineering—to shape future growth and maximise value across both new and existing markets.
  • Lead the team responsible for program change requests, program timing, and costing to inform the T6 (Ranger & Everest) Cycle Plan.
  • Report directly to the Ford Racing and Ranger Super Duty Senior Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; major in mechanical/mechatronics preferred.
  • Registered engineer or ability to become registered within 12 months.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in automotive engineering, with a significant focus on vehicle modifications, special vehicle operations, or conversions.
  • End-to-end program management in product development, spanning from initial concept through to launch.
  • In-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and integration principles.
  • Understanding of global automotive regulatory frameworks, particularly ECE regulations and ADR.
  • Effective leadership skills with a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to travel as required.
