About the role

  • Join the leadership team at the Sharonville Transmission Plant, a critical hub in Ford’s manufacturing footprint.
  • Serve as the primary financial interface for the Plant Operating Committee.
  • Manage the bottom line and help define strategies that optimize volume, eliminate waste, and drive long-term profitability.

Requirements

  • MBA with a focus in Finance or Accounting.
  • Previous Controller experience.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Analytical Rigor: Excellent analytical ability, high attention to detail, and a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Mindset: A self-starter and quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • - Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • - PowerApps, Python, or Google Cloud Platform.
