Lead eDrive system design and overall hybrid powertrain sub-system delivery (function, timing, cost, quality)
Lead system issue resolution to reach optimum enterprise solutions balancing weight, cost and durability
Resolve complex technical issues
Manage cross functional issues with suppliers, component engineers, calibration, and manufacturing teams
Manage program deliverables and system engineering responsibilities with various stakeholders
Identify investment and contribution cost opportunities via internal benchmarking and global leverage and optimize manufacturing footprint on cost and flexibility
Ensure programs meet cost objectives and timing objectives
Deliver UNSE quality and cost targets to achieve best in class status and competitive pricing
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
5+ years of edrive experience in an automotive domain
Master of Science degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar discipline (preferred)
Excellent financial acumen with proven experience of system and program delivery (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively and present to executive level management (preferred)
