About the role
- Provide strategic HR partnership to business operations leaders and senior leadership
- Serve as site lead for Palo Alto and work closely with the HR Business Partner Director and peers
- HR consulting and coaching on hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards
- Enable business change by driving People and Culture strategy to support business objectives
- Advocate and manage HR program rollouts to minimize business disruption
- Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence on workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, and succession planning
- Lead organization design and change management end-to-end, helping individuals and teams adapt to change
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience
- Willingness to relocate depending on location of job
- Experience with designing organizations and change management
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA with a concentration in human resources, or advanced degree in a related field (preferred)
- Management consulting experience (preferred)
- Experience supporting a global team (preferred)
- Experience with recruiting, particularly executive recruiting, and onboarding (preferred)
- Project Management and detail orientation (preferred)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
