About the role

  • Provide strategic HR partnership to business operations leaders and senior leadership
  • Serve as site lead for Palo Alto and work closely with the HR Business Partner Director and peers
  • HR consulting and coaching on hiring, termination, performance management, and rewards
  • Enable business change by driving People and Culture strategy to support business objectives
  • Advocate and manage HR program rollouts to minimize business disruption
  • Partner with Human Resources Centers of Excellence on workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, and succession planning
  • Lead organization design and change management end-to-end, helping individuals and teams adapt to change

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Willingness to relocate depending on location of job
  • Experience with designing organizations and change management
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA with a concentration in human resources, or advanced degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Management consulting experience (preferred)
  • Experience supporting a global team (preferred)
  • Experience with recruiting, particularly executive recruiting, and onboarding (preferred)
  • Project Management and detail orientation (preferred)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
