About the role

  • Identifying and engaging prioritized external organizations based on strategy to collaborate on mutual technical and commercial challenges/opportunities
  • Partnership development to organize, orchestrate, and programmatically deliver
  • Building sustainable, long-term value to customers
  • Discovering, capturing, and reporting back patterns and learnings from customers and partners back to the business
  • Developing and holding relationships with key influencers in the across partner organizations
  • Aligning assets to tailor Philips value chain, removing undifferentiated heavy lifting, and jointly producing thought leadership and commercial impact reflected in the P&L
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the core informatics businesses to identify opportunities to leverage M&A capabilities including due diligence and post-merger integration support
  • Informing, influencing, and contributing to the work across the business, including sales, marketing, strategy, and product teams
  • Contributing to the development of the informatics business strategy

Requirements

  • Degree in MBA, coupled with a technical (computer science, etc.)
  • Demonstrated leadership in leveraging strategic partners to drive both top line and bottom-line impact
  • Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with the C-level leadership
  • Proven track record of executing mergers, acquisitions, and divestments to maximize value; success business integrations and carveouts
  • Experience with healthcare IT and AI domain and its core ecosystem, its trends, and common inorganic accelerators to impact the business operations
  • Familiarity with overall software value chain, and opportunities for impact
  • Strong bias for action to navigate ambiguity, deep ownership to drive impact within and beyond scope of responsibility, and ability to earn trust externally/internally
  • Confidence to drive speaking engagements at conferences and industry events, or publication outlets
