About the role
- Design & Development: Assist in creating interactive eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and performance support tools for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Content Authoring: Develop and publish digital training content using Articulate Rise, or other similar programs.
- Multimedia Production: Create and edit graphics, animations, and video content using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Instructional Design: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to ensure training is engaging and effective.
- Collaboration: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, content team members and business owners to gather content and validate accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Review and test learning products to ensure usability, functionality, and brand consistency.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Assist in uploading, tracking, and maintaining learning content within the LMS.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on instructional technology trends and training innovations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest or experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- 2+ years of instructional design, eLearning development, or related experience
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 suite (Storyline & Rise).
