About the role

  • Drive retail, production and wholesale results with assigned distributors; own weekly forecasts and sales reporting.
  • Manage inventory/stock allocation and implement corrective action plans to hit targets.
  • Monitor distributor financials and sales KPIs; identify and correct performance gaps.
  • Build strong relationships with distributor leadership and visit regularly to support execution.
  • Own and resolve distributor escalations; document visit outcomes and agreed actions.
  • Support distributor events and local initiatives as needed.
  • Align annual marketing plans with APDM Marketing to support ASO/APV and ensure Ford brand standards.
  • Drive customer experience and NPS improvement via training and CX coaching.
  • Use market and competitor intelligence (including showroom visits) to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
  • Run quarterly sales & marketing reviews and translate findings into next‑quarter plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive sales, field operations, or distributor management.
  • Strong financial acumen to monitor distributor KPIs, sales performance, and operational gaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with distributor leadership and manage complex escalations.
  • Experience in aligning marketing plans with corporate strategy and driving Customer Experience (NPS) improvements.
  • Ability to analyze market intelligence and competitor activities to recommend strategic actions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence external partners.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to assigned distributor markets for on-site support and reviews.
