About the role
- Identify and acquire new customers to drive business growth in line with assigned quotas.
- Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Create and execute detailed account and opportunity plans to align with company goals and objectives.
- Work effectively with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, Solutions Sales Teams, and Executives, to ensure seamless account management and execution.
- Use the CRM system to manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunities, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies, developing partnerships with resellers and distributors to penetrate mid-market enterprises.
- Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to close complex, high-value deals.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the cybersecurity industry; experience with data security solutions is highly preferred.
- Prior experience working with government, state enterprises, government-linked companies, large enterprises, and mid-market accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Experience managing accounts with more than 2,500 employees, and may have solid track record on take caring over 10,000 employee customers.
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas and targets.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and deal management skills.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage and partner effectively with internal sales resources, including Sales Engineers and Specialists.
