Requirements
5-7 years of experience in UX Research, Consumer Insights, or Service Design.
Experience should include both quantitative methods (survey design, segmentation, choice modeling) and qualitative methods (focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic research).
Consumer marketplace or complex decision-making experience (e-commerce, travel, financial services, health etc).
Familiarity with research tools and platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, survey platforms, and statistical analysis software is a plus.
Proven track record of delivering research findings as testable directives with clear priorities and rationale with at least 3-4 research projects with clear methodology, findings, and business impact.
