Director

• Oversee daily operations, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and meetings, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Plan and execute a comprehensive organizing strategy within the region including public-facing events, communications, grassroots organization building, and community engagement.
• Lead volunteer recruitment, training, and management campaigns.
• Collaborate with in-state leadership to implement communications and digital strategies within the region.
• Build relationships with leaders of the progressive community and serve as the regional lead for partnerships.
• Manage organizers and canvassers to educate constituents on progressive issues and run get-out-the-vote programs.
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings when advised by the organization.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage canvassers, volunteers, and organizers.
• Conduct extensive coaching and develop best practices for staff and volunteers; provide on-turf coaching, support, and accountability.
• Conduct daily training, including launching and debriefing at the beginning and end of daily shifts.
• Monitor metrics within each assigned region (attempts per shift, flake rate, conversation rate, action conversion rate) and implement systems to meet goals.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met and exceeded and that all regional data and reporting is accurate and timely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
