Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for outreach, conversations, and network building
  • Confidence in calls and structured communication
  • Strategic thinking (pipeline management, follow-ups, prioritization)
  • Ownership and reliability
  • Fluent English
  • A background in Business Development, Public Affairs, Cultural Management, NGO Partnerships, or comparable experience is an advantage
