About the role

  • Lead with impact and provide thought leadership to inspire and unlock the full potential of a highly skilled team.
  • Influence and work closely with the Executive team and senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and investment priorities.
  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps across business, data, application, and technology domains.
  • Champion governance and innovation by establishing the Enterprise Design Authority and Data & AI Governance forums, ensuring robust guardrails that accelerate delivery while reducing risk.
  • Shape the future of AI and data at Foodies.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, grow, and manage a highly technical team.
  • Depth in enterprise and domain architecture, with pragmatic governance (TOGAF or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience in data architecture, analytics platforms, and familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle and model governance.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, able to translate strategy into actionable guardrails.
  • Exceptional stakeholder influence and communication skills, comfortable presenting to Exec and Board level.
